The type and structure of the packaging box
The forming process of the paper box is generally the cardboard cutting, creasing and bending forming
or binding, bonding and pasting forming. According to different materials, cartons can be divided into
corrugated cartons, whiteboard cartons, cardboard cartons and so on. According to different shapes,
it can be divided into square cartons, circular cartons, polygon cartons, special-shaped cartons and
so on. According to the proportion between the opening surface of the package and other surfaces,
the opening surface is smaller, called "tubular" packaging; The larger opening surface is called "disc"
packaging.
The common structure of the carton also has a shaking lid carton, which refers to the carton with the
back body of the lid combined with the box body. The lid box refers to a box whose lid and body
are made of two pieces of cardboard respectively. A portable carton refers to a carton with a handle
on the upper part of the box body. Drawer paper box refers to a fixed structure paper box similar to
a drawer.
In industrial production, according to whether the carton can be folded after forming, it is divided into
fixed carton and folded carton. The former is the use of veneer materials to glue the substrate
cardboard, so it is also called "pasted paper box", once it is formed, the box body is fixed and cannot be
folded. Folding cartons can be folded up to save storage and transportation space when the contents
are not packed, and are the most widely used paper packaging containers.
