One.The machine imprints the related component to be bad

METHODS: to adjust the pressure roller to the proper position, so that the gap between the pressure roller and the roller is suitable for the thickness of the paperboard, so as to ensure the position of the printing plate and avoid the trouble.
Three, rollers bad,
problem: When the rollers loose, rollers bending, deformation or surface damage, also cause layout dirty, paste version or part of the text is not clear.
METHODS: We should find out the reason, take corresponding measures to deal with it, make the contact condition between the ink roller and the printing plate uniform and suitable, and replace the damaged ink roller, so as to eliminate the failure phenomenon.
Four, corrugated board thickness is not uniform
problem: forming the surface of corrugated board has artificially damaged dent marks, dent parts of the paper surface will appear imprinting unclear quality defects. If the overall increase in printing pressure to make up, easy to make text, line layout appear paste quality problems.
Methods: In order to avoid paste, corrugated board in the stacking, handling process, should pay attention to light move, light put, light pressure (to control the stacking height) , do not use throwing, smashing, pressing and other bad production habits for handling.
